You May Be Grieving More Than One Thing
Grief can follow death.
It can also follow divorce, estrangement, betrayal, financial loss, health problems, caregiving depletion, or the loss of the future you thought you were building.
This work offers a calm place to begin.
Support Options

Private On-line Grief Recovery Sessions
The Grief Recovery Method Program
Private sessions for those who prefer individual support.
An eight-session, one-to-one Grief Recovery Method® program offering a structured, compassionate process for addressing unresolved grief and loss. We’ll work together through each step of the Method at its intended pace, with reading and reflection between sessions.
Listening Heart Consultations
A private 60-minute session for someone who would like a compassionate, attentive witness to a P.S. Letter or another completion letter, or who needs a single conversation outside a full program. This is a space to be heard without judgment, advice, or pressure to make your experience mean something different. The session stands on its own and does not require enrollment in a Grief Recovery Method® program.

Small Group On-line Grief Recovery
A structured group process in a quiet, respectful setting.
A seven-session small-group offering + one private Listening Heart Consultation focused on the Grief Recovery Method® program, a structured, supportive process for addressing unresolved grief and loss. This offering is alongside others doing their own individual work. Groups are limited to eight participants, allowing space for reflection, learning, and meaningful participation without pressure to share more than you choose.
